You need the earphones that it comes with to hear this CD player it does not have speakers on the outside of the player. I am not sure what other accessories you would need. Hope this helps!

I purchased this hoping it would sync with the bluetooth in my 4Runner so I could listen to my own cds through the sound system in the car. It didn't work so we returned it. Never tried it with headphones or the earbuds that it came with.
