My AA battery only lasted 3 day's! It depends on how long the on/off switch is left on while use/ non-use!?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The battery in my surface pro lasts all day. I charge it every night. I do not know about the mouse since I haven't used it yet, but you may be having an issue with the battery that you put in the mouse. Looks like it takes one double A. You need to put in a new one. The description on the mouse package says (and I am presuming they mean with a new battery) it will give you 6 mths of use. Hope that helps.
