When you figure that out let me know because it won’t allow me to use it on my computer on my daughters computer and I purchased it with intentions of multiple devices and I’m an adult so I need my own usage of this account

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They can be shared. After you activate it you're given the option to send invites to emails. The person you send it to will need the login information to the MS OFFICE account and then they are off and running.
