“I used the serial number on my laptop using my existing business outlook account. And I tried on the second PC, and it keep saying "already activated" and I tried to login with using my ID and password but not logging in. I am not admin for this account.”

I believe it may be that if your employer has Office registered, that account would be identified as a commercial/business account and I expect that this "student and home" edition would not be available for that account.
