For anyone else who has this issue check your email from Geek Squad reminding you to install it. After getting no useful info from Best Buy I searched old emails and the reminder Geek Squad sent me had the product key listed-I used it from the email and it WORKED!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had an issue with the first 365 I bought, it got loaded to a wrong account of mine. When I tried to load it to my correct account it said that it had already been used. In order to cancel that 365, Best Buy needed the card with the key code so that they could cancel it and issue a replacement. Everything worked out perfectly for me, but without the original card and key code to cancel you probably don't have any recourse and will have to purchase another one. That's my guess, but give it a try.
