When you create your Microsoft account (which is needed to apply the 0365 license you purchased from BB to your account). There is a section to setup a payment option for renewals. It will tell you the expiration date and etc. Now you can also repurchase another license from BB and reapply that too. But you would probably have to reinstall 0365 again and distribute back out to your devices. Just renewing your current license after it expires through your MS account portal would be the preferred route to take and easiest. Again, any other route will cause you to redownload and reinstall due to the licensing keys being different. I hope this helps. Thx,
