Yes, but it's so much easier to just renew it through Best Buy.

Yes Sir, I bought the original Office 365 through the Military Home Use Program. However this time, for renewal it was cheaper online to purchase online. Once I got the email with the activation key I just went into our account and updated profile and we were good to go.

yes, if you sign into your office account and under billing/subscription, if you elect auto-renew, MS will bill you directly and give you free 2 months.
