I would ask geek squad this question. Regardless, buy your next subscription from some other vendor and you won't have that problem from that point on.

Please try again later.You have a couple options - Call Microsoft directly at (800) 642-7676 and follow the prompts and an agent will help you navigate and/or tell you the expiration date. Visit www.office.com/myaccount login with ur Microsoft account that you used to setup office 365 and go to manage account it should show you when ur subscription expires. Good luck.
