If I lost the card how can I get the security key null

You can call the 800 GS number and they can look that up for you. I've had to do that before and the GS were very helpful. Good luck!

You can get the key on the office account that you created

If you have lost your product key, we encourage you to visit this site, and look at the section titled "I lost or damaged my product key:" https://support.office.com/en-us/article/using-product-keys-with-office-12a5763a-d45c-4685-8c95-a44500213759#bkmk_lostkey.
