If you purchased the full Office 365 subscription, your product key should have been transmitted to your device. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Typically you get a trial of Office 365 with a new laptop that you can download from Microsoft. Is that maybe what they implied when you got it and not a full subscription? The full subscription key is usually on a card.
