If I buy the family plan, can I use it on an HP and a MAC? null

I don't have MAC, just windows and that's never been a problem for me with my devices. You could read the literature on the product you purchased the program from to see if does allow two different operating systems to download the program. The other thing is just try downloading MS 365 on your MAC and it will either accept the program or not.
