Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I received a link within 2-3 days after the initial purchase. That link took me directly to Microsoft365.com From there I logged into my account since I already had one, then I clicked “for home” and clicked on Buy now. I signed into my account and it asked me if I had a code and I entered that code that I received when purchasing it and it worked. It walked me through the rest of the steps.
