A:AnswerThey did this on my subscription as well and refused to fix it. I filed a dispute (on going) with my credit card company with supporting documents showing I purchased the 1-year version. I think somehow their computer system confused the 1-year version with the 1-month version but not absolutely sure. The website showed I returned it, but this was a digital purchase which onced activated cannot be cancelled.
