QuestionI canceled my subscription because I was unable to save any new documents. I could as many tabs to an existing excel file but couldn't save a new file. Also, unable to save any new files to my desktop, has this been fixed

- Answer Save them to your Drive. Or cloud. Save as PDFs, for future, they are easier to route.

- Answer Yes, they did it for me on the new tower I bought from them. The fee involved signing up for their service plan which may cost differently at different locations. At the time the service included free home delivery and set up, but that program ended beginning of July, so no more delivery.
