• The product key is included under the scratch-off on the card and you need to activate it with your Microsoft account online. If you have lost the card and have not activated, you are out of luck.

• My Product Key number was on the back of the card just above the bar code. Its a scratch-off ...use a coin to reveal the code. Hope this helps you.

• if you bought it from best buy you can go to the best buy site and look up your purchases and if the product code isn't there just chat with them on line. they have it. just have your date of purchase and store info avail.
