You have purchased a subscription which needs to be renewed every year. One renewal will cover what the original subscription did.

No. one key is good for the 5 computers as when purchased initially

Renewal is required each year but not on each device. My understanding is you will get a code just as before and be able to register that renewal code on each device.

The answer is No. Each year you renew that includes up to Five user per cpu. Thus you pay for one price for up to five separate laptop/cpu/desktop user.
