I recommend that you go back to the Best Buy store where you made your purchase, explain the situation, & ask for their assistance. I'd be willing to bet this has happened a number of times, & they'll know exactly what to do. Good luck! :)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have receipt or can pull up online order i would call not only best buy but Microsoft themselves but not sure since a digital code if they will help but hopefully you get in touch with a rep that can work some magic.
