• Publisher should be included as it was when the product initially came out but they can & sometimes doodify these settings for the office suite as time goes on and could have removed it tho I doubt this. But one thing to note is that Publisher & Access db is only available for OC not on Mobile im fairly certain so if your trying to use it on your mobile that's why you can't find it. Must be from a PC or laptop I would assume that has Windows on it but could also possibly work on Mac I just don't know for sure.
