Yes you can right click. It does have a quirk where you have to lift your index finger to right click but apparently I had always done that as a habit anyways since it never bothered me when I got this mouse.

A left hand click works on a finger press on the left hand side of the mouse. You can drag while using a right press, just like a regular mouse. Haven't had any issues with mine yet.
