Very smooth wheel. Does not stick at all. I like this brand specifically for that reason.

The mouse does seem to work very efficiently and effectively, though I had trouble pairing it at first, but I think it was my computer not the mouse. It does make a click noise with each right or left click, which I like as it helps me know I've made the move I wanted. The wheel scrolls easily in my estimate.
