• We designed it to be ergonomic, but since everyone's hand is different we suggest you give it a try and see how if fits for you.

• I have carpal tunnel and wear a wrist brace while I use the mouse. The wrist brace really works well (mine is made by Mueller and is the "large" size that I got on Amazon.). That to me is more important than the mouse, which I very much like.
