I don't think so. The only way I have publisher is I got the university Microsoft because I was in college. You can by it separately.

This product will load on only one computer. If you want to have Office 365 for more than one computer, we suggest looking into Office 365 Personal or Office 365 Home. All of these versions come with Microsoft Publisher.
