- Answer I have a Geek Squad membership so I didn’t hesitate to bring my laptop in to have them put it on my computer. Otherwise you have to get ahold of Microsoft to help you out.

- Answer Yes Microsoft has a Windows software app usually called 'Link to Windows' or something close to this that can be downloaded free off play stores & it will walk you thru steps to do exactly that.
