• Thank you for your question. Office Home & Student 2019 does not include a new version of Outlook. Your current installation of Microsoft Outlook 7 will continue to operate normally.

• Get the new office if you want to open new content that was written with newer version of Office. Old data should be able to open with newer versions. Then go to save as and select newer version , to save old data in a newer format. Hope this help you
