Office Home and Student 2019 can only be activated on one device. If you are looking to have access to Word on all your devices you will need Microsoft 365.

Please try again later.I have the Office Home & Student version, which says it is good for 1 PC or 1 Mac and the system requirements, besides Windows 10 for PCs, also says or macOS. If your iPad has the macOS on it, then yes! Ask the store tech guy for a second opinion or go to the Microsoft web site to confirm before you buy.
