A:AnswerHi John,
That's a great question. If you purchase this as a gift, the recipient will be able to login with their Microsoft account and use the download code that was sent with you via email.

A:AnswerI have the same situation. 1 purchased a one off Office Home & Student 2019 for my Desk top. The desk top is totally dead. I have purchased a new laptop. Despite the details of the purchase being in my Office account, and downloading Office Home & Student 2019 to my Laptop, from my Office account, it is asking me to purchase it again. I am less happy with Microsoft's support with what would seem to me, to be a common occurrence. At this point, it would seem microsoft doesn't allow this. I am now investigating Australian consumer law, as this would be illegal.
A:AnswerHello!
This is an excellent question. You do not need to be a student in order to use Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019.

A:AnswerAny updates we make to Office Home and Student 2019 you will get, but unlike Microsoft 365 you will always have Office 2019 instead of the most recent version of Office.
A:AnswerI installed it on an Asus laptop running Windows 10 Home edition. From what I know about Lenovo PC's/laptops, you should absolutely be able to install it; unless you PC is "older" and doesn't have adequate memory.
