Having just bought a new laptop and purchasing the Microsoft Office application from Best Buy I had them do all the install. My recommendation is to call or stop by your nearest Best Buy store and find out. They may require you purchase the Geek Squad tech support. From many years of doing business with Best Buy and as a former IT manager I highly recommend the Geek Squad support - they are reliable and you can talk face-to-face (duly masked, of course) with their team of technicians and they are nearby.
