No. Office applications are customized for each platform. The Office applications available for Mac users and the specific features that are included may differ from those available for PC users.

Office 2019 is backward compatible with Office 2007 but NOT with Office 2003. Office 2019 has some new features; other features are just displayed differently. However, if you have already mastered Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, you'll have no problem with Office 2019.
