“Which version of Office should I buy if I want to use it on multiple devices?”

• I went to the Microsoft site and it looks to me like you should either get an Office 365 subscription (personal or the one for multiple users) each of which can be installed on multiple devices and they come with more features. I don't think they have a single pay "lifetime" multiple-device plan anymore. I bought the 1-device version of Home & Student for each of my laptops (one is a dedicated taxes-only laptop).
