• Buy from Best Buy the offer the best warranty’s but other than that most items come with a 1 year limited mana factoring warranty

• No, no warranty you can take advantage of. Good luck navigating their support # & website to try. I'm on my 5th power adapter now & in need of a 6th for the same reason.

• I would take your receipt and the cord to Best Buy, and explain the problem. They should be able to help you exchange it - warranty info should be available to them.
