• It is connected to the Surface computer magnetically to power up. Operationally it is connected to the computer by bluetooth. So if it is connected by bluetooth and attached to the computer it will turn on and off with the computer. If it is not attached it will not get power and will not work. If bluetooth is turned off, it will not work. It only works with Microsoft Surface computers.
