Yes it would do that but it seems a bit silly of a plan. Thee are easier way to remove the bloatware. It can be done manually or there are tools to do it. But if $'s are no an issue it would work. However Microsoft does include some games and advertising type links that are included but not installed unless you click on them. They are easy to just delete.
