Yes. The product includes a full license for Windows 10, and the media. It does not matter whether or not Windows is already installed on the computer. You can do a new installation of Windows. I purchased this because I had upgraded 32-bit Windows 7 to Windows 10 for free when Windows 10 launched, but I wanted to run 64-bit Windows 10. That requires a new installation of Windows.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure you can. Be sure however, that before you do, you back up all your data. That'd be bad if you wiped the old drive and lost everything. Be sure to remove all the old partitions from the drive before installing the new OS, especially if the OS you are installing is different than the existing version - for example installing Pro and you have Home edition already installed.
