• A better question would be, " Is Bitlocker available in Windows 10 Home?" The answer is NO. Win 10 Home only uses disk encryption. BitLocker is still disk encryption, but it uses an encryption "KEY" to encrypt your data. This data is also low level encrypted, which basically means that if you lose the encryption KEY, the drive is worthless. Once the drive is encrypted with BitLocker, from that point forward, the BitLocker Key is required.
