I cannot officially answer that question as I have two versions, meaning I bought two separate entities of Windows professional 64-bit so you would have to look at how many licenses the program gives you sometimes they give you one sometimes two four depending on what one you bought. I would say as long as the other PC doesn't go online you don't even have to uninstall. just install the windows on the new pc and use that one and that way you won't have any licensing issues when you hit activation I believe if they see two versions of the same window online there may be complications. Unless of course you have multiple licenses. Dennis
