Yes. Upon successfully installing Windows 11 Home, on the Windows 10 PC, and passing, or bypassing, Microsoft's hardware requirements, this purchased key will fully activate Windows 11 Home, as long as you haven't already activated another PC with the same product key. Upgrading to 11 has the option to upgrade "in place", keeping your files and applications intact. Or, you can do a clean install, erasing everything and installing Windows 11 Home, and starting fresh. Either way, this key will fully activate Windows 11 Home on the PC.
