No. It's just the code to fully use Windows. You have to create an installation media. Google "Create installation media for Windows" and click to the Microsoft address. Follow the instructions to create the media tool. You will need a USB thumb drive and a device capable to download from. After you create your drive, plug it into the front panel USB port of the computer you wish to install it on. Power on this computer. Follow the prompts. Insert the alphanumeric key you were emailed when prompted to.
