No you will likely not be able to use this on a 10yr old PC. Windows 11 requires some relatively new technology on the motherboard of your PC called TPM. It is required to help validate the installation during and after. Also there is no support for Intel chips before 8th Generation CPU's. So if you have a 8th Generation (including 8th) or newer you will be good to install. Performance may be influenced by older CPU's however and a few other factors such as RAM and the type of storage (Hard drives) you have.
