Not in 1 step. You would need to first upgrade to Win10 Pro, then to Win 11 Pro. I tried this, but didn't have high enough hardware specs for the 2nd jump. It's unlikely your Win 7 PC wold have the necessary specs to get to Win 11 (regardless of Home/Student/Pro variant).

I believe that you need windows 10
