Your answer will depend on the exact specifications of the "Windows 10 PC" you are talking about. Windows 11 (Pro, like this, and all other versions) has higher minimum device requirements than about 1/2 of the PCs which originally had Windows 10 on them when they were new. For those, the answer would be "NO." But some Windows 10 PCs--especially those that came with Windows 10 Pro installed--may have the necessary specs (CPU, RAM, Graphics processor, and enough internal HD or SSD storage) and for those, the answer would be "YES." BTW, some Windows PCs have upgradeable hardware, to get youtoth hige Window 11 specs, and some are alrady maxxed out, as far as hardware upgrades go. One more thing... It is SOMETIMES (not always) cheaper to just buy the least expensive Windows 11 PC instead of trying to upgrade your Windows 10 OS (opeating system software).
