Great question! The Bluetooth Mouse has a plastic scroll wheel.

No. It is plastic. Seems to function well.

No. Also the scroll is opposite of most mice. To scroll down the page you must roll the wheel upward and vice versa for scrolling down. I’m not sure if it’s a setting you can change.
