Hello I just got this and I have a windows 10 PC and I cannot seem to get it to work it’s not showing the mouse show up and when I go onto Bluetooth it’s showing that there’s nothing there I literally have tried everything. null

While in Windows setting for Bluetooth, click add device, on bottom of mouse press and hold on/off button to put in discover mode.
