• I use this with my Surface Pro 4 and it requires that I plug in a small USB dongle to the side of my Surface. If you need to plug in a USB drive, you will need to disconnect this and use the typecover mouse pad (or screen?) since my Surface Pro 4 only has a single USB input connection.
