• honestly Best Buy is a piece of work. Multiple times I have tried to order online with my giftcard and they keep on cancelling without any notice. I understand if the item suddenly goes out of stock but this has happened more than three times now. ludicrous!

• It could be there's not enough money on the card your using to make the purchase or like my problem was they never had the items in stock so it kept canceling my order. Hope this helps.
