• Depending on where you bought it sometimes it could take 5 minutes sometimes it could take 2 hours depending on the store internet there's an abundance of reasons but just be patient I promise you'll receive your code

• It usually does not take that long to arrive. Have to make the email match that’s on Best Buy that you used. I usually get mines less than 20 minutes
