I buy these digital Xbox gift cards frequently. Most of the time, I receive the email code anywhere from five minutes to an hour after I finish my online purchase. On rare occasions, I have had to wait more than 12 hours, before I received the code. It does sometimes happen, but it is much more the exception, rather than the norm. I do not know what sometimes causes the delay, but it is not often that it happens. I am sorry to hear that you experienced a long wait, for your order.

Best Buy is horrible with these. Two times in a row there is an error. I will never order these again.

Typically takes from a few hours to a day for the code to be delivered. You'll get an email when it arrives with the code attached! Anytime after that with nothing I would email support.
