“This is more of a suggestion then a question, you guys need to change your gift card policies ASAP. when it comes to using Best Buy gift cards to buy Xbox or Playstation gift cards, other retailers do it you guys need to follow suit ASAP.”

I agree. I got an extra psn gift card and the employee said i could return it if the kid didnt want it. So surprise the kid wanted a nintendo gift card and when i went back to the store i was told i couldn't return it and i even spoke to the manager and its ultimately up to the manager and she didn't return it or exchange it. She had no good excuse except that best buy doesn't offer returns on gift card. I was very dissatisfied with the manager and the store.
