Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i'm wondering the same thing. going on 2 hours now... wth. I love Best Buy, but my experience with the website lately has been complete TRASH. Broken links, False information, the Xbox Series X count down page was totally useless, for those of us that stayed up to try and order a console after midnight experienced a huge headache that ultimately did not pay off in the end. Once the countdown ended at midnight it was expected that the consoles were going live (if they had some available, and I know they did) Well it went from saying "Coming Soon" to "Sold out". I literally did not leave my chair in front of my computer all night. I had multiple browser windows opened and auto refreshing every 10 seconds. I should have at least seen something or gotten close even if I didnt actually nail a console down. So now I'm screwed, theres no way to know when they will have more systems. that was the one shot I had but I missed it. Not because of anything I did or didn't do, but because of Best Buy's poor execution and preparation for the most in demand product of the year.
