QuestionHow can I get on a waitlist for a X box series X console?

- Answer On BB site i'm not sure how. But you can go to a stock tracker I use stock informer .com and you can request to be notified about when different places will get stock for the series x. You can even customize it to say only show me when BB has stock. They have a system that scans the different sites like BB Walmart Amazon Microsoft etc... like every 30 minutes or so and if they find stock they can send you an email or a push notification depending on your device. But from personal experience you will have to react to the email immediately or you still probably wont be able to get one, and they will be sold out again. Because thousands of other people are using these stock trackers as well.

QuestionWhy can’t you have a waiting list so people who want to preorder a console can get one without the worry of bots stealing away from people. basically an option saying you are going to preorder a console and have it available to you at launch with down pay

- Answer Although I get what you're saying, you're basically just saying to make a preorder for a preorder. This would also just be overcome by bots and would not end up working. Not to mention these would sell out even quicker as people would not have to pay upfront so people would just order as much as they want and not even pay for it. What they should have done is had preorders occur like a year before release and this would of allowed them to see exactly how much demand there was and everyone would get one.
