Im sure this answer comes late yet I will say it does with a cover. The zipper has never bothered or scratched me in over 8 months of daily use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes there is a zipper. It is not covered by material but it is on the side of the pillow that does not touch your leg. My wife did not even realize the zipper was there before we looked so it does not scratch your leg.
